Saran Road Accident: Son Returning With Father's Body Hit By Truck, Seriously Injured

A tragic road accident took place on NH-531 in Daudpur, Saran. The son's ambulance, which was returning to Siwan from Patna with his father's dead body, was hit by a speeding truck. Son Abhay Kumar was seriously injured in this accident, who was referred to Chhapra Sadar Hospital. Police have registered the case and started investigation, while the driver is absconding.

Bihar government is giving up to Rs 50 per cent grant to farmers and youth for setting up private nurseries under the Agroforestry Scheme for self-employment and environmental protection. Assistance up to Rs 5 lakh will be available on small nurseries and up to Rs 2.5 lakh on existing nurseries. Along with earning lakhs from this scheme, greenery will also increase.
